Oncethe new contactless public transportation card has been launched, the Transportation & Telecomm Dept. of the Cantabria Government, through CTL Fundation, has put into operation the CIT (Card Incident Helpdesk), based in Santander Bus Station. 


The CIT will  mediate in minor conflicts between users and bus companies, providing an personalized answer by phone, e-mail or mail to all users, regardless where they reside or where they use public transportation in Cantabria.  


The CIT is located in Santander Bus Station, where assistance and advise will be given on alternative solutions to card incidents, either personally or by phone (call 902390139).
